Inkle/Band Loom Weaving
with a Member of the Weavers’ Guild

DUE TO THE ADVANCE PREPARATION INVOLVED FOR THIS EVENT, REGISTRATIONS WILL CLOSE at 5 PM on 5/13

Come weave narrow bands of colorful patterns. Inkle and band weaving is commonly used to create narrow weaves used for trims, tapes & ribbons, straps, and belts. Weavings will be labeled with the student’s name and can be picked up at the museum two weeks after the workshop.

This event accompanies the exhibit Woven Together: Weavers' Guild of Boston Celebrates a Century of Makers, running April 6 – December 31, 2022. This event is supported by a grant from the Waltham Cultural Council.
