Drone 101: Hands On with Micro Racing Drones

This 2 hour introductory workshop is targeted at newcomers. We will start with an overview of the anatomy of a drone, how the parts work, where to buy them, and briefly overview possible uses with a focus on literacy of underlying technologies: how things work. There will be at least an hour of hands on operation including both simulators and TinyWhoop indoor micro drones.
Everyone will get a chance to experience flying a drone through a VR-headset, and understand the next steps towards proficient and safe operation.
