Archery at the Museum RETURNS to the Charles River Museum of Industry & Innovation Sunday, May 19th!

The industrial meets the archaic during this special Round 4 edition of the archery range being set up inside the historic the Museum's historic 1901 Engine House. Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to soak up the knowledge of a bygone era!

Archery Class Schedule:
Limited to 10 participants each

Class 1: 10:45 am - 11:15 am
Class 2: 11:20 am - 11:50 am
Class 3: 12:10 pm - 12:40 pm
Class 4: 12:45 pm - 1:15 pm
Class 5: 1:25 pm – 1:55 pm
Class 6: 2:00 pm - 2:30 pm

This timeless activity is one that can be enjoyed at all levels regardless of athletic ability or skill and it is quickly becoming a favorite sport across Massachusetts. Enjoy a friendly high score tournament raffle for a chance to win some unique prizes!

Our certified instructors will teach the fundamentals of recurve shooting in small group classes in 30 minute accelerated sessions. No prior experience necessary, all equipment is provided.

Participants will learn the fundamentals and then try to win one of the prizes outlined below by earning the highest score of the day :

  • 1st Place - A brand new recurve bow and arrow set AND a one year membership to the Charles River Museum of Industry and Innovation

  • 2nd Place - Two #OpenRangeNight tickets to an On the Mark Archery community event

  • 3rd Place - Guided tour of the museum

$20 Class Enrollment Fee, includes Museum admission
Participants must be age 9 or 50" tall or older to shoot on the range.

There is a Spectator Fee of $5 to enter the Museum for non-archery participants.
